Steven also empowers many individuals to identify and achieve their career goals, providing expert guidance as they seek to enter the workforce through initiatives like the 'Ticket-to-Work' program. Moats takes pride in establishing meaningful relationships with each client, believing that together, we can make a significant difference. With a strong conviction that every person matters, Steven has testified as a vocational expert at several hundred hearings, successfully representing clients applying for Social Security disability and SSI benefits. With a Master of Arts degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, he holds recognized credentials as a nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.
